Overview

As an FTE at Resources Online, I worked on client projects including web publishing, web app testing, and end-user software documentation. I wrote and implemented a QA test plan, and mapped and catalogued sound files for a health-questionnaire web app. I converted documents to HTML for publishing on a techincal-community-reference web site, and made landing pages for a developer-learning web site. As one of a team of technical testers and writers, I wrote end-user software documentation for users of assistive tech, for a suite of desktop and online software applications.
