Overview

Through Apex Systems, I contracted as one of three technical writers for the team that supported the Microsoft technical support engineers. I wrote internal procedures, migrated troubleshooting content from OneNote into an internal wiki, and wrote three incident management system software user guides (end user, team lead, and admin.)
